Who we are and why

The PreWalk app and website (the “service”) show a 3D model of a house or room prepared by a designer on your phone and in the browser, and on site in AR. Data is used only to provide this. There are no ads, data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising, and you are not tracked across other apps or websites.

What we store

• Open projects (via QR or link) open without an account — nothing is stored.
• Account (sign-in with Telegram) — for private projects: your Telegram user number, Telegram name, Telegram language and your phone number (you share it yourself with the “Share number” button in the bot). The number lets your designer open a project for you specifically; it is not shown to other users or to the designer. We don't ask for your email.
• Numbers added by a designer: if a designer opens a project to “selected people only”, the numbers they enter are stored in that project's list. The designer can remove them at any time.
• Messages to the bot (questions, designer requests) are passed to our team via Telegram — with your name and username, so we can reply. The message text is not stored on the server. If you send a code to the bot, the project is added to your account (as in the app).
• Designer profile (designers only): the name, logo, description, city and contacts (phone, Telegram, Instagram, website) the designer enters themselves — to show on their public profile page; the designer can change or remove them at any time. The Telegram sign-in number is not added to the profile.
• Which projects you can open: the list of projects you opened with a code, so you can download them again.
• Viewing statistics: when a project was opened, for how many seconds, and whether AR was used. The project owner (designer) sees only totals (“opened 3 times, 12 minutes”), not who opened it.
• Abuse prevention: the time of wrong code attempts (per account or IP address) — kept for 24 hours.
• Browser viewing: a 4-hour session and a loading-speed measurement (frame rate, screen size, phone or computer). No IP address or name is recorded.

What we don’t collect

No location, contact list, email or advertising identifier. The camera is used only for AR on the phone itself — images are never uploaded. A photo you take is only added to your Photos (no read access is requested). Downloaded projects are stored encrypted on the phone and are excluded from backups and device transfers.

Where data is stored

Server data is stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — a database and file storage. Cloudflare stores it only on our behalf. Telegram sign-in works through our bot (@prewalkbot).

How long we keep it

Your account and project list — until you delete them. Code attempts — 24 hours. Browser sessions are valid for 4 hours and deleted after 24 hours. When an account is deleted, viewing statistics are unlinked from you and remain only in the designer’s totals.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you signed in with Telegram, also without the app: send /akkaunt_ochir to @prewalkbot. Details — account deletion page.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact
