Delete your account

Effective date: 2026-10-09

You can delete your PreWalk account in three ways:

1. In the app (Android and iPhone): Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm.
2. If you signed in with Telegram — without the app: send /akkaunt_ochir to @prewalkbot; the bot asks you to confirm.
3. An account without Telegram (hidden) is not linked to your identity. Delete it in the app; if the app is already uninstalled, message @prewalkbot.

Deleted: the account (with your phone number), sign-in tokens, your project list, code attempts. Kept: viewing statistics unlinked from you (in the project owner’s totals). Projects downloaded to your phone stay on it — remove them from the list in the app. Deletion happens immediately.
